In “Technorganic”, 2018, the two-person creative team of CCYD Studio (Carlos Carrillo and Yevgenia Davidoff) and multidisciplinary artist Rachelle Diaz present an homage to infrastructure that exposes the vulnerability of built and natural environments while documenting the sweeping social changes of late-stage capitalism on a human scale. Through an immersive installation that utilizes assemblage, photography, and painting, the artists activate new relationships between everyday materials and recontextualize readymade elements.
